Don't judge the bread by its colour and look!
This was my pick for this Christmas baking session. Now I do realise that I could've added a little bit of matcha powder to make the loaf look more green...
But the whole bread was very healthy (and delicious!) with ingredients like pistachio, prickly pear cactus powder (which I used as a substitute for the cardamom rose).
Okay, my dad didn't really like the texture, but my mom was definitely all for it!
